Viyeshiere Lucre is a Limited Liability company initially formed in November of 2018 from a single person idea which later became a reality as an official LLC the following year in July 2019. We are an eclectic group that used our proficiency to gradually develop the company's detail step by step; now it's branched off into a multifaceted company that has board of directors and other personnel. All participating candidate of the board creates the visionary for the company and the direction taken for the company's benefit. Our motto is ‘we grow and strive for excellence in order to complete the mission’.
The entire team dedicate their time and efforts into collaborating and working together in unison; so that the company can be efficient and operate smoothly.
HOW WE FUNCTION- Each member of the team has a responsibility and plays a vital role in the corporation. All task is delegated respectfully to everyone on the team and their duties are outlined and in accordance with company guidelines. No one individual is solely responsible for operations within the company unless it's the Chief Executive Officer whose duties are definitive and apparent. We all work as a team despite any subjected assignment. We all wear more than one hat and work in multiple areas with various job responsibilities. All assignments can be completed by any board member regardless of who it has been designated to. We educate all board and team members in case we ever have to make major or minor changes to our staff, we are equipped and skilled ready to work in any area that lack functionality. We are prepared to be proactive incase of any mishap.
COMPANY DEFINITION- Our definition of the company's name Viyeshiere; chic, smooth, delicate and the list goes on. It is derived from playoff words that is a mixture sound of both French and Spanish. The French part of the name, ‘Viyesh’, has no found meaning. The suffix ‘iere’ of Viyeshiere is pronounced with the rolling r’ sound that Spanish words have spelled with double rr’.
Lucre is an English word that means money, riches, wealth, valuable etc. Both words combined ‘Viyeshiere Lucre’ means having a smooth-rich style, having a expensive in style. Our work, products, slogan, campaigns, investments, promos and social medias are all interconnected with each other to create our imagery as a brand and convey a broader message than just shopping. That is why here at Viyeshiere we refer to all our shoppers as clients and not customers.
We want them to feel apart of the cause; like they are us because truly they will be displaying and presenting the brand to the masses. When visitors see them, they see us. Our clients are our priority; also the mere reason why we are continuously growing along with how we manage to keep our doors open. They are the ones who gives us the opportunity to continue being a company each day; for that reason alone we give them the respect they deserve also put their needs above ours. We want our clients and visitors to feel like they are partaking in something bigger than just shopping and spending money, we want them to feel intertwined with their personal choice of fashion, fashion sense and unique style. We want to evoke their sense of style. We want them to believe in themselves as eclectic individuals that share the same sentiments we share; as fashion icons, moguls and connoisseurs with an eclectic taste.

We are a brand that sell our clothing and others. We believe in collaboration with others; it gives exposure to a vast amount of people who would not have discover us without the exposure or influence. It also broadens the fashion spectrum of clothing styles that appeal to the masses. Whether young or old fashion can never go out of style. Many people consider us as pricey, but that is far from what we are we give consumers the platform to make affordable purchases on items they like sometimes within their budget. We have multiple products that are not high price which makes us appeal to the demographic of fashion lovers. Although we sell our own brand we do not manufacture our own clothing, we work closely with outside manufacturers directly. We also work with other vendors outside of our brand to bring versatility and variety to our company. We are not confined to selling only our merchandises, therefore we have numerous other stores and brands that we resell for growth and expansion within the retail industry. Our store provide retail services to people worldwide who are interested in fashion and finding a store that fits their personal style, via online on various social media channels, we aren't solely a brand. As a company will strive to become a commercial brand. We strive to have commercial success, which will depend on all our efforts alongside teamwork; with the help of the community we will achieve our long term goals. We cater to both sexes, also we will be releasing our own clothing and collections line each season starting Winter 2020. Although we are a brand we do offer and sell other clothing than our own along with popular clothing that you will come across on social media occasionally. All our items will not be the same and everywhere else only a few that will appear similar to other boutiques. We strive to be different and unique that's what will set us apart from many stores and companies. We integrate all our work ethics and skills to create the most appropriate platform for our customers to feel our team. We want all our visitors to have a grand shopping experience with us, so will apply ourselves and ability to do just that give all our customers and visitors a smooth customer service; we will achieve this by providing top tier communication service.
